Warranty

All ROTATION products (unless otherwise stated) are backed by a Standard Warranty based on their product category. They are warranted against manufacturing default including faulty materials and workmanship, subject to being used for its intended purpose and allowing for fair wear and tear. 

Defective tools will be repaired and/or replaced at ROTATION's discretion free of charge. They should be held by buyers or returned for inspection to the hub upon request. The customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending the tool back to our inspection hub (if requested). ROTATION will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replacement tool back to you. (*Limited to US continental addresses)

For qualified gear, this standard coverage can be doubled or upgraded to a LIFETIME WARRANTY upon registration.

Important Terms & Limitations:

• Registration Window: Tools must be registered within 30 days of the original purchase date to activate any extended coverage (e.g., extending a 30-day warranty to 60 days, or upgrading a 1-year warranty to Lifetime).
• Original Owner Only: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Exclusions from Coverage (Not Warranted): Products that have been improperly used, altered, abused, or repaired by others. Rustiness after usage, electroplate desquamation, surface scratches, plastic handle damage, damage to the packaging are not within warranty range.
