To upgrade or extend your tool's coverage under the ROTATION Extended Warranty Program (such as extending a 30-day term to 60 days, or upgrading our standard 1-Year Warranty to a LIFETIME WARRANTY based on our Warranty Coverage Matrix), your registration must strictly meet the following criteria:

1. Rules for Eligibility

• The 30-Day Registration Window: The tool must be registered online via our official form within strictly 30 days from the original purchase date. Registrations submitted after 30 days will remain under the standard warranty period.
• Original Purchaser Only: This extended warranty is completely non-transferable. It applies solely to the original consumer who purchased the product. If the tool is resold, gifted, or transferred, the extended warranty becomes void.
• Valid Proof of Purchase: A legitimate order ID (from our official Shopify store, Amazon, or an authorized distributor) and a clear photo/copy of the original purchase receipt must be uploaded during registration.
• Subject to Product Scope:Not all products are eligible for an extended or lifetime warranty. The availability and exact duration of the extended coverage vary by product category. Buyers must explicitly refer to the Warranty Coverage Matrix on our main Warranty page to verify if their specific tool qualifies for an upgrade.
  
  

2. What Disqualifies a Tool?

Even if successfully registered, the extended warranty does not extend to or cover tools that show signs of the following conditions:

• Improper Use & Abuse: Damage caused by misusing the tool for tasks outside its engineered purpose (e.g., using a standard screwdriver as a chisel/crowbar, or using a manual socket on a power impact wrench).
• Alterations & Third-Party Repairs: Any tools that have been modified, welded, structurally altered, or repaired by anyone other than ROTATION.
• Normal Wear & Cosmetic Deterioration:Surface & Finish: Rustiness developed after usage, electroplate desquamation (peeling of plating), or standard surface scratches/scrapes.Handles: Plastic or composite handle damage resulting from high-impact drops or natural wear and tear.
• Packaging Damage: Any wear, tears, or damage sustained by the product packaging during transport or storage is strictly excluded from the warranty range.
