I. How long will I receive my delivery?
1.Processing Time:
Standard Orders: 1-2 business days.
Bulk Orders: Processing time may be extended. Please confirm with customer service.
2.Delivery Time:
Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days.
Bulk Shipping: 30-40 business days.
Should the product happen to be out of stock, our support team will proactively inform the buyer to discuss and determine the next best steps (such as waiting for restock or canceling the order).
II. What countries/regions do we ship to?
US only (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
III. How can I track my package?
You will receive an email containing your tracking number when the shipping label is created.
IV. How will my delivery be shipped?
We utilize a combination of shipping methods to best serve our customers. These methods include direct shipping from our headquarter warehouse in China, our satellite warehouses in the US, and third-party shipping by our logistics partner – Amazon. Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out ROTATION's products. They will choose the carrier they deem most suitable for our customers. Bulk orders typically utilize economical transportation methods such as sea freight.
V. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to ensure all your items reach you simultaneously. However, due to the use of different shipping options (e.g., standard orders vs. bulk orders), our products may not always be shipped together. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
VI. Will there be extra costs if my packages are shipped from different locations?
We charge ONLY ONCE for shipping per single order. Although we may expedite delivery by shipping your order from multiple locations, meaning you might receive multiple packages, there will be NO additional shipping costs as long as they are from the same order.
VII. Can I change the delivery address of my package or cancel the order after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change shipment details once the product is en route. This is particularly true for bulk orders that have already been dispatched; changes or cancellations are generally not possible.
VIII. Can I change or cancel my order?
This process varies depending on your order type and its current processing stage.
1.Please send an email to marketing@rotationtools.cn to contact our customer service team for details. Please provide your order number along with your request.
2.If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it. Please note that for bulk orders, cancellation may incur additional fees once the order has entered the processing pipeline.
3. If it is too late to cancel your order, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy (please ensure the product is unopened).
IX. What should I do if I received a different product than what I ordered?
