Please be ready to provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1.You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or exchange.

2.The item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

3.You must provide us with a photo showing the item is undamaged and unused before we process the return.

4.We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request that does not meet our requirements.

5.Once your return request is verified and the returned item is inspected, the refund process will be handled by the ROTATION customer service team within 3-5 business days.

6.The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

II. Return Policy Exceptions

Please note that the following items/circumstances are not eligible for normal refunds and are excluded from the 15-Day No-Reason Refund Guarantee:

1.Items purchased under clearance sales.

2.Products that have been opened and cannot be resold.

III. Important Notes

1.Returned items must include all accessories and the original packaging. 

2.For warranty claims not related to quality, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange process.

3.For warranty claims not related to quality, ROTATION will refund the purchase price of the product itself.

4.For safety reasons, items must not contain oil, gas, or hazardous materials when returned or exchanged.

5.Returns may be rejected if the item does not meet the above requirements.

6.We maintain a database of consumer activity and other information collected during purchases or returns. We use this database to authorize returns and may share it with third parties providing fraud prevention services.
